Some stamps about things I like:
My little Pony:
to be continued...
Yep, I am creating art again, but not that many artworks as before.
Also I plan to change something: I will not create direct vectors from the show anymore, because there are so many other people creating these. I don’t want to create a vector 10 other people also created. I want to bring back my own style!
What am I planning to upload in future?
- Artworks based on my character Racefox
- Artworks based on foxes
- Pokémon artworks
- Pony related artworks of course
What does “my own style” mean?
That means I will not create vectors directly from the show anymore. I will still create artworks in Inkscape with vectors, but I will first of all create a sketch with pencil on paper like I did in the past.
So I will be able to bring back my own individual style, which will make my art more unique.
Will I finish the pony balls?
The answer is very simple here: No! I am sorry. I will focus my time on other things now.
But if there are some bronies who want more of them I will upload the original .svg-file in which you can create your own pony balls yourself.
These are some things I will focus my time on:
- GalaCon 2015 in Ludwigsburg, Germany
- Creating my own individual artworks. (Maybe only traditional or vector based)
- Training with my graphic tablet. (Yes I have one, but I haven’t much training with it…)
- My Pokéleague Racefox (Guess what it is. The name should say it all) which starts next month.
- Other private stuff
If there are any questions feel free to ask them in then the comments.
What program do you use?
I use Inkscape. It is a free program which is very good for producing vectors. Just Google for it and you will find this program in your preferred language.
How long do you need for one vector?
This depends on how complicated it is. Easy vectors like emblems are made in 60 minutes. But complicated ones like my Chrysalis vector are needing more than 5 hours work.
Why do you create vectors?
Maybe you have already seen in my gallery that I also do traditional and digital art. But for MLP I prefer using vectors. One reason is that I want to create vectors which I want to have. I don’t want to be dependent on others.
Am I allowed to use it?
Yep, you can use it for your works, but give me credits and comment under my vector that you have used it. I will also share a link leading to your picture in the description of my vector.
Do you take requests at the moment?
Nope. Not planned in the near future.
What requests do you do, when you take requests again?
I do normal character vectors. I will need a picture from the series to do one. Don’t give me vectors or pictures made by other artists! I will not use works from others! I will also be ready to put an easy background to the picture!
If you want your character as a vector you have to give me a pose from the series!
